According to Brian Humphrey, a representative for the Los Angeles Fire Department, the accident victim was taken to a hospital in severe condition.

At the time of the accident at the house, a resident was there but escaped harm. Heche, on the other hand, had burn wounds and was “alive and breathing” as she was carried out on a stretcher.

The “Six Days Seven Nights” actor is hospitalized, according to TMZ.

According to a statement released by the Los Angeles Fire Department, there was just one person inside the car when it collided with the 1952 two-story house.

The statement said. reports that it took 59 firefighters 65 minutes to access, contain, and completely extinguish the stubborn flames inside the severely damaged structure. They also managed to rescue one adult female found inside the vehicle, who was then transported in critical condition by LAFD Paramedics to a nearby hospital.

According to TMZ, due to Heche’s state, physicians were unable to perform the necessary tests to determine whether she was driving under the influence.
According to FOX 11, no other injuries were recorded, and the accident’s cause is being looked into.
A spokesperson for Heche did not immediately reply to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.

The video then abruptly cuts to Heche sitting up as she is being rushed to an ambulance by firefighters.

In the action movie “13 Minutes,” which she co-starred in with Thora Birch, Amy Smart, and Will Peltz, the actress most recently appeared. After the public attacked Alec Baldwin for his “Rust” tell-all interview, Heche recently expressed her support for his friend.
